Our Group is seeking to recruit an Investment Programmes Consultant (On-site).
Responsibilities:
- Submission of proposals for funding programmes (Development Law, NSRF/ESPA, etc.)
- Preparation of business plans and feasibility studies
- Monitoring the implementation of approved investment plans under subsidized programmes (drafting and submitting modification requests, verification requests, disbursement claims, etc.) to ensure timely and flawless completion
- Evaluation of the progress and performance of funded programmes and projects, proposing corrective actions where required
- Collaboration with public and private authorities, as well as funding entities, to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Preparation of progress reports and evaluation findings to keep key stakeholders informed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in drafting, submitting, and monitoring investment plans under subsidized programmes
- Bachelor’s degree (University or Technological Educational Institute) in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Familiarity with funding programmes, proposal submission procedures, and the management of co-funded projects
- Ability to collaborate with public and private entities, as well as internal teams, for project implementation
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office
- Ability to identify and leverage new funding and growth opportunities
- Excellent knowledge of computers and office applications
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Completed military service obligations (for male candidates)
