Our Group is seeking to recruit a Co-Funded Projects Consultant (On-site).
Responsibilities:
- Provision of advisory and technical support to public entities for the design, implementation, and monitoring of co-funded projects and programmes
- Support in the preparation of funding proposals, project datasheets, and inclusion dossiers
- Drafting of progress reports, studies, and deliverables in accordance with the requirements of each project
- Collection and verification of supporting documentation to substantiate expenditure eligibility
- Collaboration with beneficiaries, managing authorities, contractors, and other involved entities
- Elaboration of specialization studies for programmes and actions, defining objectives, target beneficiaries, eligible activities, budget, and monitoring indicators
- Elaboration of feasibility and project maturity studies, incorporating needs analysis and justification of proposed interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social or Political Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in advisory services for co-funded projects and programmes
- Good knowledge of the design, management, and monitoring framework for NSRF (ESPA) and other European programmes
- Experience in conducting specialization, feasibility study, or project maturity studies for projects and programmes
- Ability to collect, process, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and draw evidence-based conclusions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
